SAMI Founding Program Terms

Thank you for taking part in the SAMI Founding Program. These terms explain how the program works and what we ask from participants.

1. About the program

The SAMI Founding Program gives selected participants early access to SAMI so they can use the platform in real-life situations and share feedback that helps us improve it.

SAMI is still being developed. Features may change, be added, removed or temporarily unavailable during the program.

2.Free access

Founding participants receive two months of free access to SAMI.

There is no obligation to purchase a subscription afterwards. Before the free period ends, we will let you know about the available options for continuing to use SAMI.

3. Your account

Your SAMI account is personal to you. Please do not share your login credentials or allow another person to use your account.

We may suspend or close access if the account is misused or these terms are seriously breached.

4. Confidentiality

As a founding participant, you may have access to features, designs or functionality that have not yet been publicly released.

Please do not publicly share non-public SAMI features, screenshots, internal materials or access to the platform without our permission.

5. Feedback

We may ask you to share feedback about your experience with SAMI, including what works, what is difficult, what is missing and what could be improved.

By submitting feedback, you allow us to use those ideas and suggestions to develop and improve SAMI. Providing feedback does not give you ownership of features or improvements that may result from it.

We cannot guarantee that every suggestion will be implemented.

6. Children and client information

Please do not include identifiable or sensitive information about children, clients or other individuals in applications, feedback or support requests.

When using SAMI, you are responsible for ensuring that any information or materials you upload are appropriate for your professional or personal use and that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use them.

7. SAMI content and intellectual property

SAMI, its interface, software, branding and original platform content remain the property of SAMI and its respective rights holders.

Materials you upload remain yours. Participation in the Founding Program does not transfer ownership of your original materials to SAMI.

8. Early-stage service

SAMI is provided during the Founding Program as an early-stage service. We will work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work without errors.

Please keep copies of important materials where appropriate.

9. Leaving the program

You may stop participating in the Founding Program at any time.

We may also end participation or access to the program where necessary, including in cases of misuse or serious breach of these terms.

10. Privacy

Information about how we process personal data is provided separately in the SAMI Privacy Policy.

11. Agreement
